All these assets are intended to be replaced with your own, so YES, you will notice the images packaged in InDesign are low resolution. The fonts are available with Adobe subscription.
Canva is built in 750x850px for beautiful asthetics. Free fonts available with Canva account. Option to upload your own fonts if they are not available in the free pack with a Canva Pro account.
